Research Use Only — Analytical Standards
All products sold by ElevateBioLab are intended for research use only as analytical standards and laboratory reagents. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not FDA-approved for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease. They are not for human or veterinary consumption. By purchasing, you certify you are a qualified researcher aged 21+ operating appropriate analytical equipment (HPLC, LC-MS, or equivalent).
Verify a COA
Every lot is tested by an independent third-party lab using HPLC and mass spectrometry. Search by batch number or compound name to pull the report, or browse the full certificate archive.
Shipping policy
Orders ship via USPS with tracking. Temperature-sensitive items ship with cold packs. Delivery timelines and RUO labeling apply to all shipments.
Returns & refunds
Due to the research-grade nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped. Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for replacement within 7 days with photo proof.
Terms of sale
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old, operate a laboratory equipped for analytical work, and are purchasing reference standards for lawful in-vitro research only. These materials are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, or treatment. Misrepresentation of laboratory status, resale for human or veterinary use, or use inconsistent with their RUO labeling is a breach of these terms and may result in order cancellation and account closure. We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe is destined for non-research use. Order-related email: When you place an order you agree we may email the contact address you provide at checkout with transactional messages about that order — including order confirmation, payment instructions or payment received notices, shipping/tracking updates, and support related to the purchase. These messages are required to fulfill your order and are separate from optional marketing emails. You cannot opt out of transactional order email while an order is open; you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Privacy policy
We collect information needed to process orders, verify laboratory status, fulfill shipments, and support your account. This includes your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, order history, payment references, and verification documents. Transactional order email: The email you enter at checkout is stored with your order so we can send order confirmation, payment status, shipping/tracking, and customer-support messages about that purchase. These transactional messages are not marketing and do not require a separate marketing opt-in. Marketing email: If you opt in at checkout, via the newsletter form, or in account settings, we may send research updates, new batch announcements, and occasional offers. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional order emails. We do not sell your personal information. Safety Harbor FAQ
Do you sell bacteriostatic water or injection supplies?
No. We are an analytical chemistry supplier. We do not sell reconstitution liquids, injection equipment, or medical supplies. Our products are intended for analysis by HPLC and mass spectrometry only.
Can I use these for personal health or fitness?
No. These materials are sold for laboratory research only. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, or treatment. Any other use violates our terms of sale.
Do you provide instructions on how to use these peptides?
No. We provide Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) documentation only. We do not provide experimental protocols, dosing information, or preparation instructions.
What do I need to order?
An account is required. Institutional emails (.edu / .gov) are verified automatically. All other buyers complete Independent Laboratory verification, including laboratory name, EIN/registration number, laboratory address, intended analytical application, and equipment certification.
Can these ship to a residential address?
Yes, if the address line includes 'Suite' or 'Lab' (e.g., '123 Main St, Suite 100'). Orders to PO Boxes may be held for manual review. Signature confirmation is required for orders over $500.
Why do some compounds require enhanced verification?
Certain SKUs are subject to additional seller verification. We may ask for an affidavit confirming analytical research intent (e.g., chromatography or stability studies) and no therapeutic use.

ElevateBioLab supplies analytical reference standards and research reagents to laboratories, universities, and independent researchers across the United States. We exist because the research supply market has a verification problem: too much material ships with no traceable provenance and no independent testing.
Our answer is boring and auditable. Every lot is assigned a batch number, tested by an independent lab, and published with its full HPLC and mass-spec report before a single vial ships. If a batch does not meet spec, it does not ship.
We operate strictly within the Research Use Only framework. We make no therapeutic claims, we give no dosing or reconstitution guidance, we decline to answer any question that implies human or veterinary use, and we decline any order we believe is destined for therapeutic use.
